Total fiber scutching lines
Flax straw, shorter than 60 cm, too weak due to overretting or baled in bad condition, cannot be processed on a conventional long fiber scutching line. This unconvenient straw causes frequent machine blockages and belt breakings. Vanhauwaert offers a solution by means of his total fiber processing line: it transforms round and square straw bales of flax, hemp, kenaf,… into total fiber mass (long fibers in tangled form).
